We manufacture any glass bottle molds required by glass industry (e.g. bottle throat part, bottom mold part, trunk) in accordance with the norms.

Our company may manufacture any propeller casts in different sizes up to a weight of 1,500Kg as well as rudder bushes, shaft bushes and deck equipment required by the ship industry.

We manufacture any kinds of bearing bushes, gears, liners (sheets) and shaped component required by machinery in accordance with the analyzes.

Furthermore, we also manufacture casts of and required special components and deliver them to our customers in accordance with the international standards.

Our company serves the pump sector for 15 years. We are manufacturing pump parts of many domestic and foreign companies

We manufacture casts in and desired sizes from 80Kg up to 2,500Kg by the centrifugal casting method in our large mold area.

While manufacture any serial casts and any casts of shaped parts by means of our automatic dismounting robot, wet sand molding system, 400mm X 600mm degree molding system and our mixers having a capacity 18 tons/hour in our sand cast area having 100 cars and a capacity of 15 degrees per hour, we deliver them to our customers quickly.

Our company has recently begun to operate the continuous casting system for purpose of adapting to any developing and changing conditions.

Our company analyzes any samples by our devices prior to casting, and after it reaches any desired values, it manufactures the products in accordance with the international standards.
