Tunç Metal Casting Industry was founded in 1974 by Mustafa BIÇKI to produce non-ferrous metals (copper and aluminum alloys). Since its establishment, the company has continuously invested in technology, renewed its machinery and equipment park, and has achieved its rightful place in the globalized world with its commitment to quality and service.
To meet the needs of the developing industry, the company has made significant advancements in centrifugal casting, achieving a strong position in this field. By increasing its liquid metal capacity, it has reached the level of performing centrifugal casting up to 1000 mm in diameter and 1250 kg in a single piece.
In recent years, evolving global conditions have made it essential to produce materials that are higher quality, faster, and more cost-effective. Considering all these requirements, our company commissioned its continuous casting facility, filling a major gap in the sector by manufacturing a wide range of products with maximum stock availability.
Our company manufactures copper alloys (Tin Bronze, Phosphor Bronze, Leaded Bronze, Manganese Bronze, and Aluminum Bronze) and aluminum alloys in compliance with international standards (DIN, SAE, ASTM, BS, JIS, UNI, etc.) using centrifugal casting, continuous casting, and sand casting methods, with full analytical control.
